Hi friend! So gad you are here. I’m Jenna. I have been a therapist for the last 15 years, specializing in addiction and mental health. I live in Baltimore, Maryland and I worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital for the majority of my career. I received my BSW from Indiana University and my MSW from NYU. I then worked in NYC for eight years before moving back home to Maryland.

I have one son, Jax, who is the light of my life.

I have decided to enter into this space because I believe that I have a story to tell- one who has helped hundreds and I believe could touch a lot more. Because of my adversities and hardships, I have been through a lot and if I haven’t personally been through what you are going through, I know someone who has.

I have helped many friends, patients, and collogues navigate their way through hard and sometimes almost impossible situations to achieve mental wellness, spiritual wellness, and recovery.

I am so glad that I can hold space for you!
